These 4 disks are pretty clean but do not come with a case or any paperwork

However if you would like another means of shipping other than your normal first class/priority mail, I will provide any after exact payment is received. in the form of google checkout, check, money order, or cash.

uhm it is free shipping. the only thing you would have to pay for is IF you WANT a confirmation number or insurance etc. as that is not included in normal postage.

I do not know nor remember however if it has a code I am sure you can find one off a website online somewhere. since its an older game if it has a code I am sure it can be reused.
