This blouse is used but in good condition! I bought it at Belks! It is a size XL AND HAS ELASTIC AROUND THE WAIST!! I will ship in the USA and to a verified address only for your protection!! All Listia rules apply! CThe material feels silky and loose in the mid area, but has elastic around the bottom. I loved wearing it in the summer! Happy Bidding!

Yes. I wore it after having my little one. I had a belly but when I wore this shirt it was loose enough to kind of hide my baby belly. lol
