The listing, Scented marbles Cave Pearls Lingerie drawer has ended.

This is a set of 6 Gardenia scented Cave Pearls / marbles.

Cave Pearls are limestone formations found imbedded in stalagmites inside some caves.

I use them inside my lingerie drawer, and my mom uses them inside her shoes. You can also place them in coats pockets and such, or in a small dish next to your bed. Pleasant Gardenia fragrance.

We make them ourselves, but it takes a few weeks for the scent to permeate through the limestone. I'm working on Shalimar scented marbles at the moment but they won't be ready until the end of month.

Third photo shows a regular marble and a dime for size comparison with a familiar object. Neither is included with the auction. Last few photos are of cave pearls in their natural environment.

A Listian just told me they are also called Indian marbles.

So you made these or they are actually from a cave and are a real artifact?

These are actual cave pearls (see my other auction), real geological accretions found in caves. Artifact is something that is man-made, these are not.

I just "scent" them to use in my drawers. Takes a long time for essential oils to absorb into a solid limestone - you have to turn them a few dozen times a day for weeks, then have them air dry for a few days.

I should add, they are indestructible. Once the fragrance fades away, you can re-scent them again. Or place on a shelf with geodes and fossils LOL.
