you need to write local pickup in the description next time... no one who can afford to pay for shipping ever thinks to look where the shipping description is

You can see that it says Local Pickup in the description tag, and on the S&H info there are no rules to state he has to put it in the title. It is your fault for looking and getting disappointed. If he wants to get low bids that is his own right.
