I think I had more fun with one of these than my kids did! LoL. Then someone set my crayon making machine in the garage sink for some odd reason. Just happened at that time we were having a problem with the washing machine drain so we diverted the drain hose into the sink. So yeah, I found it floating in half a sink of water and had to throw it away, so hopefully I get more credits before this ends =)

The box says 8 and up.. but that is if the child is doing it alone I think.. as long as YOU are doing it with your child, I would say 5 and up.. remember, it gets hot to melt the crayons into wax. but as long as you are there to supervise it should be fine :o)
