I totally understand. Well, not with my own child, but my little sister. You are absolutely right. You gotta take care of yourself or you won't have anything to give. Also, it sounds like she needs to want help, first. And it takes a lot sometimes for people to really want or ask for help. Accepting that is hard. You have a lot of courage and strength. :)

Yes laura but with her she has been taken care of and she is pregnant with second child and not helping us out $$ wise you know so she needs to work things out on her own its being an adult accepting responsibility and growing up. So many people I have talked to there kids are doing the same to them there is no respect anymore with this generation and learning how to survive on your own and getting help from family when you really need it. My strength is wk right now my health is failing so I can not do it . I want my daughter to start making great decisions I gave up my career and stayed home to watch her son so she could go to medical school and have a future for herself. She does not appreciate that and that just bothers the heck out of me. I am sorry about your sister gosh hun it is so difficult thank you so much for the positive comment laura I appreciate it so much. =D

Super cool ring! I'm so sorry to read about the trouble you're having with your daughter. My daughter is grown, married, & has two boys, 12yrs & 4yrs. There was a time though when things were very, very, bad. It sounds like you have it together. I admire you. What you're doing isn't easy. I'll pray for you also, & your daughter. Lol! Rose you are so cute! Yes, Tonia is tempting me too with so many gorgeous things!! Sorry for your troubles, though , I count myself extremely lucky with my son! I thought we were headed for big trouble, when suddenly at 21 he left and totally has gotten his act together! I was shocked! He's finally doing well and on course. All is good except I miss him!!
