It has long sleeves, and an open area in the back w/ a strap going across at the neck. The front of the shirt has a cowl type neckline. I am 5'4, about 165 lbs, 36c and usually wear this size top, but I don't like that when I raise my arms, I have to keep "adjusting" to recover my belly that after 4 pregnancies, is like a kangaroo pouch. Non-smoking home. It's about 23" from shoulder straight down to bottom hem, about 14.25" from armpit straight down to bottom hem on front side, about 21.5" from armpit to armpit, and 28" from tag area straight down to bottom hem on the backside.
