you will get a confirmation or tracking number. Both can be tracked, difference is tracking can be tracked by postal and customers, confirmation can only be tracked by postal.

Wouldn't be worth it for me to list that way as mailing costs start at 4.28 because of the size.. If I was to do that you would have to pay for shipping.. I don't like charging for shipping, because that to me is not what Listia is about.. Listia to me is getting something for credits and not paying for shipping , Keeping Listia free the way it was suppose to be.. :-) Maybe next time if I list it, you will have enough credits.. LOL Your right about at least one on here , I Almost left over it too Actually I haven't got my momentum back since Since I already said so much i'll share it briefly , lol , I Won An Auction but wasn't around when I won due to a death in the family so I missed the "7 day rule" to send my shipping information I Tried to reach both Listia and the seller , it was a "downloadable mini book" The seller has ignored every attempt / request I made to get it since I paid for it Not only did she keep the over 800 credits she Gave me a NEGATIVE RATING !!! So that was my 1st win Haa Haa on me :(( The second Auction I won the seller just backed out and I got my credits back so not having a great success THE NEGATIVE RATING SITS THERE JUST HAUNTING ME or is it TAUNTING ? LOL..

ohhhh... I do follow the 7 day rule too.. Normally I will put the item back up on auction on the or around the 10th day.
You would be surprised how many people don't send their address.. I had a lady wait for a month after she won and then tried to claim it and then tried to lie to me by saying she sent the address the same day she won it..
When someone wins and they send their address , Listia stamps it with the date and time the address was sent to the buyer.
That is why you only send items to verified address and when buyer & seller communicate it should only be done through the auction link, so if there is any problems Listia can see everything.
Needless to say I also will not refund , if the address is not sent to me within 7 days. as it also cost me to post the auction and then cost again to repost it , plus the buyer kinda wasted my time ..

I fallow all listia rule and if you do not Listia will close your account , I've got a warning already..
This is why I enforce the rules ...

No for them to leave you a negative feedback was just wrong!! They kept the credits, then a positive should have been left, the didnt have to comment, just click positive ...

I had on lady email me on Facebook and she told listia on here that she didnt get the item but in a Facebook message she told me she got it.. so I took a screen shot and sent it to listia and they refund the credits to me and removed the negative feedback she gave me... Some people just are rotten to the core :-(

But hang in there , a few more positive ratings and you can get back to 100% :-)

Thanks again , I Never asked for the credits back I only wanted the book and it wasn't long after the 7 days and I only contacted her thru the Listia feed back thing they provided on my "messages" page I think it was That's what I wanted but what I tried to contact her about was to tell her that I didn't mean to be late and if she couyld still send it would she , Anyway you mentioned it COSTS YOU TO POST AN AUCTION " She shouldn't have to repost it since she did get paid already for it so reposting it would only benefit her x 2 but my question now is How much does it cost to post an Auction ? I posted and sent out to 2 winners getting positive feedback from both but I didn't notice it cost me to do so Guess im not that observant Lol I HAVE BEEN WONDERING HOW THEY AFFORD TO KEEP UP THE SITE And you say its possible I can get back to 100% ? that is possible ? but even if it is that still never gets rid of the 1 negative rating does it ? you will never get rid of the negative rating , but you can get back up to 100% , just takes time.. as for cot of posting , it depends on the category your posting in and how many auction your putting up that day.. the more auctions you put up in one category , in one day the higher the price goes..
