Brand new tutu, only worn once for pics. So very cute!!!! Purple, light purple and blue with large flower attached.
This would fit baby or small toddler. My daughter is now 22 months and it still fits her but is tight. I would say 0-18 months would be best.
It measures about 17 - 17.5 inches around the waist. It is super easy to put on and take of cause it has a snap closure on the elastic waist band. It is roughly 4-5 inches in length.
One of a kind and absolutely beautiful!!!!
