Here are 2 pre-owned Arrow 3X red & white tagging guns. These are fine tagging guns and both have needles (picture only shows one with the needle) although only one has the safety cap. Both guns work great and you will receive the partial box of fasteners as shown in the pictures. I may have a 2nd needle and will include it but if not, you can buy needles online or at most office supply stores.
