As per Listia rules you are not allowed to ship after the allowable time! Which is 7 days. I am flagging this auction against the rules.

I won something from her and it took 16 days to arrive. I opened a dispute after 7 days because she wouldn't respond to me asking when she might get it the mail. She left me nasty feedback but didn't mail it till day 12. So go figure. She don't follow rules but thinks others should. Just beware. Love the auction by the way!

It also states that if the shipping time frame is agreed upon by both parties you have more than 7 days. So since you stated it in the description you are fine and well within the rules. Fanned you back also.
