This was used for a few months.
This has 4 straps to strap to an infant car seat handle.
My Daughter LOATHED the car seat!! She had reflux and wouldnt lay back in a swing or car seat. We have a 6 hr drive to visit family and OHHH MY did this little toy help!!!!!!

It sings songs when you pull on the butterfly. It has a rattle and it lights up. You can faintly see the flower's cheeks are red in 1 photo.
