In this auction you will win Lincoln Pennies from 1940-1949 from the World War II era. This was a particularly important decade for the Lincoln Penny.

In this is also the coveted 1943 Lincoln Steel Penny which was the first and only steel coin ever made in U.S. History!! The copper was recycled that year for shell cases, bullets, and other WWII items.

All of the coins are in good condition. I do think they have been circulated though before they were put into this commemorative. The steel penny in this one from 1943 looks like it could be uncirculated.
