The listing, Spectrum Noir Pens has ended.

Spectrum Noir Pens are a less expensive way to learn how to use Copic Pens. They are alcohol based and blendable. One end is chisel point and the other has a finer tip. There are 36 colors and one blender pen. I've used the blue ones a little and hardly used the greens.

This is a mixture of old and new.Old pens are square,new are round. Great for beginners.
