One 3oz bar of spearmint soap infused with essential oil and fresh spearmint from my garden, one 3oz bar of almond oatmeal soap infused with essential oil and ground oatmeal. Both are Shea butter based and both have added pure cocoa butter. Please read my past reviews- you will not be disappointed! Verified Listia addresses only!

Not sure what hot or cold press is, but this was melted and poured into molds, of that answers your question.

Hot and cold process is for when you mix your own oils. Hot is when you pour it into the mold hot and opp. for cold.
