How do they attach? Are they removeable?

how ever you want them to
two sided tape putty type glue stuff and depends on how you aplly how easy it is to remove
they are made of a hard plastic so they wont be dmaged just the wall if you dont use whats best for that surface

these are great...my kids had them on their ceilings their whole life they still do and they are 26 and 20 ha,ha now my grandkids have them on the ceiling....these are so much fun.....make great night lights and it is like looking at the stars at night...we also have the moon and others on the ceiling always room for more....
