The purse has large rings as handles which are 8 inches in diameter. The leather fringes at the bottom match the leather at the top. The purse velcro closes and zips on short distance on each side. The purse is new, without tags.

From the top of the ring handle to the bottom fringe, the purse is 26 inches. The purse itself is appropriately 12X12.
