Yes they should protect their users but can they , I mean maybe these people just open other accounts The best way may be when their under suspicion and posting 20 gold rings or many multiples of items just coming out new in stores should be enough to be suspicious Maybe they could not transfer anything until they bidder has stated they received it and as for shipping maybe they could find a way around that too Shame people just do anything to make money without a conscience , I was just looking at a 18 kt gold ring with real ruby (I think real) from A Hong Kong seller Shaking my head They put in their description " you must leave your address on The items comment page " We all know when Auction closes so does the comment page In other words the winner wouldn't follow their rules so maybe that's how they'll get away ? im confused Can people use their own rules as reason to not follow thru This one makes no sense thou its Free Shipping so how can the gain ? Well its very kind of you because as I learned the hard way unforeseen things can comes up I am usually watching and available when the Auction ends and send the shipping info right away but its not a perfect world so no one can guarantee they will always be home watching , I Am very surprised Listia went along with giving the seller my points and allowing them to choose NOT to send me the item As Well as the seller taking advantage of that "loophole" , Again I Like your style "TREAT THOSE AS YOU WISH TO BE TREATED" is an old time saying but it's meaning never grows old :)

Well in that case WELCOME - bettylynnmcgowan , The name soopoorcansurvive wasn't chosen specifically meaning I am poor but as a show of what the sites possibly alterior motives or just coincidently helped A barter system but only in the "trade of goods way " not full blown bartering that involves trading goods n services without the use of cash changing hands plus an happy accident when typing it gave it the name it turned out to be that in my opinion fits (except for the poor part, thou it works to help poor it is great fun and trade offs for all income levels :) P.S. bettylynnmcgowan I too have troubles viewing my emails forgive me but did you click the link taking you to the page of interest //where you can read your messages ? That's not what the rules for winners is I know I lost 808 credits by not giving my address quick enough A family member died and I missed it /too distracted They reminded me by telling me I lost my 808 and wasn't getting the item because I missed the 7 DAY DEADLINE !!! JUST SAYING Rules are rules , I even got a "negative feedback rating " imagine loosing 808 credits and getting nothing and STILL GOT A NEGATIVE RATING :( IF IT WERRE ME IDA MAILED IT OUT ANYWAY ESPECIALLY SINCE GETTING PAID FOR IT Gee My Daughters still crying and it was weeks Month now maybe Plus shes mad and sad and mad little girls r no fun breaks my heart IT Was a kids book but her favorite SO CAREFULL ABOUT BREAKING RULES Just saying , apparently its business , Don't worry about me ,not expecting anyone else will die however if a fortnight means one night your expecting a lot anything can happen it is " LIFE" after all crap happens

Well your a better person than I lost my 808 credits too She got the credits AND Got to keep the " downloadable book " , I Don't understand why anyone would do that just because of a 7 day rule but the world is made up of many Sadly I came up against an opportunist who doesn't play nice ,
