This toy has interchangeable arms and belts. You put the figure and the piece you want to go on and press down to 'pop' it on. The toy girl can switch between a vet and gardening. In the 3rd pic the arms are actually upside down so if it were on the toy correctly it would face to the floor, in case you were wondering why it had lines on the arms. There are several playsets you can put the figures in like a bus or plane or they can just be a single toy.Happy to answer any questions or might want to Google/YouTube it see how it works.
