Due to in increase of people not responding to my messages after they won an auction or just not paying for shipping when my auction specifically states you have to unless you met the auction requirements, I will now block any user who does not respond within 7 days after the auction was won, you will also lose your credits that you used in the auction and I will re list the item.
This is pertaining to buyers who have "0" feedback that I usually have a problem with.
