This is a gently used black harness for a small dog. The picture makes it look a bit chewed up but it's not, there are just some raised letters there. Nice metal clip on the back, size is adjustable.

comfort fit pad should fit in-between your dog's shoulder blades. The comfort pad has a metal swivel ring to attach your dog's leash for a nice walk around town. The placement of the straps removes

now I have a teacup min pin that desperately needs a harness,she is not even 2lbs, will this fit her?

I believe this would be too big for a two-pound dog, actually. You can measure her girth (around her body just behind the front legs) to be sure, but I doubt she'd be 18 inches there.
