Most likely you can't upload Picts because of your browser - if you have smart phone you can take Picts and upload direct or try google chrome or updated version of internet explorer. That should fix the issue. If your using an older browser (older computer or downloaded old version of explorer etc) then it may not be compatible w listias software. It's free to get chrome - just have to google chome download good luck hope that helps

This is so beautiful!!! but, I'm very anal about authenticity. So do you think you can you take a picture of the registration number on the back of the red white and blue tag sewn into the inside seam of the purse? just so we know it's not a knock off? Please and Thank you very much.
