P.S. It tastes like celery and parsley a bit but it milder and you dont get that chewing on grass mouth feel. The tops can be eaten but not tight and as brawny as other varieties of celery because it is grown mostly for the tuber like root. The way the leaves are so much more zesty than the stalks is the way the stalks are zestier than the root
