Both shorts by charters watch the wear size 24m the do have elastic stretch on back of shorts keep in mind when washing clothes do shrink.
I do free shipping on all my items. Items that reach over 3,500 bids comes with a free small gift. I do have 7 days after auction ends to send, so keep that in mind, if i ever have a problem shipping i send extras if stuff is late on my part with would be after 10 days or so. when you say 'shrink.' What size would you say these shorts are now? 18mnths? ..smaller?

Like if you wash and dry clothes and they get smaller they were only worn twice each I would say a 18m old can fit them, on both shorts there is elastic in the back so it does stretch.
