I have a Hand Carved, Cream Jade, DRAGON Necklace for men or women. The carving stands out from a darker background carved from the same piece of Jade. Many new carvings dye the background to give this two toned effect. I don't know if the background is natural or dyed. The Dragon is about 2 inches long, about 1 1/4 inches wide and about 1/4 of an inch thick. Choose an 18, 20, 22 or 24 inch silver plated chain, or an 18 inch, with 2 inch extension, braided black, brown or pink leather chain. *Jade occurs in a variety of colors, not just green.*

In Scandinavia, Jormungander the midgard serpent was a dragon of limitless power, spawned by Loki the god of evil.
