it matter s because people will not bid 100,000 on a ring that is not gold or real diamonds--assumably. if you claim it is real gold or real diamonds, you will get the appropriate bids. if you don't know FOR SURE, don't state it because the buyer will likely request a return for credits and it will affect your seller credibility. yes of course it's for fun but money is put into it at some point<shipping/etc> it's fun as a seller to watch people bid on your items-the higher the quality, the higher the bids! then you get to bid on something nice for yourself in return~

It is a game, 100,000 credits is not money, its a game if you don't know what you are looking at don't buy it, its for fun, not your job or your resale, a game FREE FREE most things FREE are not worth much money. FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE if you had the credits right now but could not use them on Listia what are they worth? Can't we have a little PEACE in just one area of LIFE.

Listia may be a game to you, but I take it very serious. I don't call it a game even though I do say its fun. Being honest is part of being a good Listian. That is how you earn your badges. We give away nice items sometimes to get good credits so that we can win other things that we want. So if you think about it about it, its not always free. I don't think its fair at all for you to say its a real diamond ring!

Part of being a good Listian is learning to share without expecting anything in return, I take that very seriously. The people you give away the nice items too, already have nice items. My Dear, you need to read the rules, Listia prohibits you from listing counterfeit items, in other words, if you describe the ring as being real diamonds and 14k gold, then it must be exactly that, I you do not know if the ring is real, then you need to list it as costume jewelry. If the person who wins this gets it and it is not what you described, then they can and will dispute this and get their credits returned to them. This is not a game, many people on here work very hard for their credits in order to get gift cards and other items they do not have the cash to buy and help their families, just because you think the credits have no monetary value, does not make it a "game", read the rules, you can do that by going to the bottom of any page and clicking on "policies".

Actually it is not free. Credits are assigned as a value to the dollar like real money is assigned to the value of an item you purchase. The credits we spend are not free. They have value, we as sellers sell items of value to earn these credits. Just FYI

Listia is very serious to most of us. A lot supplement their Social Security with it. If you haven't learned nothing is for for you won't do as well as you could. You pay for postage and hopefully tracking.
I send everything priority with tracking, I also purchase most everything I sell. As most do.
Listia is no game. Do you the giftcards, or anything if actually free?

I've won quite a few solid gold pieces with real diamonds a other gemstones over the last two years I've been on listia... It is fun. I love it. And though things are mostly free nothing is really ever free... You can actually buy credits with real money so they are worth something... I've grown my jewelry box in gold and gemstones ten fold in the last two years and I've also listed or sold quality items that are worth something in exchange for credits.
