OOpsie! This is 1/2 of a very popular toggle clasp. I suppose if it would hang right, you could use it as a pendnat, though. Just FYI

I got this at a JoAnn's in San Antonio and it didn't come with another half. It did come with an identical flower for which my husband made a chain and I wore it as a necklace.
