I actually think it might, since you control the back of it, you can tie it as tight and wrap it closer together in back or leave it more gapped open... It fits me and I wear a 40 D....good luck!

Not trying to be nosy but I read the comments and I have this exact top. I agree that it'll fit a larger bust because of the open back. Just wanted to share that info :) AND it's super cute!

It did not come with bottoms, it is a mix and match top. I have another one like it and I have 3 pair of bottoms that are lycra swim shorts. You can find them in any store and they are less revealing than a bikini bottom...
