PR is considered part of the usps shipping area, however the rates are higher than within continental usa.BUT I can still offer you free 1st class shipping WITHOUT tracking if you're the winner.the priority shipping that's got tracking would cost me way to much. I can offer 1st class free shipping NO TRACKING to the PR!!!!I used one of the San Juan zipcode as a end point so I could judge the shipping.i live in Hawaii, an actual state of the usa and we have many of the same "shipping issues"that people in the PR and GUAM do. Even if I wanted tracking, the item must weigh more than 13 ounces to qualify for tracking or it automatically goes 1st class. This pretty collar I guesstimate it at 4 ounces which is fast more than it weighs. Better safe than sorry! I used to groom and loved doing poodles,mini and standard.they're so inedibley intelligent! Beautiful dogs!I've seen how some dogs and cats love being dressed up and photographed.i had a doberman that actually smiled for the camera. It's really cute. When I saw it in the store my eyes were drawn right to it! I picture a real diva wearing it, male or female cat or dog! I have a feral cat we call midget who moved into the house July 7 2014 that would look nice in the collar.I'm going to see if I can find another.
