Sorry, no, but you could use a Visa or MC debit card if you don't have any of the credit cards I listed above.

BTW, if you're concerned about security, note that I never see any of your card information; I use a new service called WidgetPay.me (https://widgetpay.me/), which is a paypal rival.

There is no model number per se; the full description is: "Pinnacle PCTV Deluxe Retail US".

There are 2 cables: power and usb.

You're welcome. I've written more extensively about the differences between paypal and WidgetPay.me on my blog: http://denis.papathanasiou.org/?p=572

Will this work with aigitalconverter box? If so, does it in any way improve your reception which allows you to get more digital channels. In other words does it strengthen your existing anttena

It doesn't do anything to enhance or improve your signal; it simply lets you watch and record channels you already get.

There's a Windows app which comes with cd, and if you run Linux, you can download and install the software I mentioned in the description. There's no Mac support as far as I know.

Only if they're certified, but I strongly prefer that you pay with a credit card or debit card.

Keep in mind that this thing was manufactured BEFORE the digital transition. It is not compatible with the digital system and will only pick up analogue stations, if there are any left on your cable system It will need to be connected to a digital cable box in order to pick up more than 10 channels.

An easy way to find out how many analogue channels this thing will get "as is" is by going to your analogue television (if you have one) and disconnect your cable box (if you have cable) and connect your TV straight to the cable line. Whatever analogue channels you get this way are the channels you can get on this thing "as is".
