FREE: brand new shirt/dress?

The brand is 'dolled up by F.A.N.G'. Size small. Tags are still on it!! I bought this on sale(was $28, paid $14) at palais royal. I am an impulsive shopper! I see it, I like it, I buy it! But I never wore this or even tried it on! Now it just takes up space in my closet. I think it's a shirt, but it looks kinda like a very short dress. The top is grey with a red, black & silver floral print & little metal studs around the arms. The bottom is just black. This does come from home WITH PETS & we DO SMOKE! if you want it washed, I will have to remove the tags, & the post office is kinda from my house, so I still cannot guarantee I won't smoke on the way to there with the shirt on my car, but the winner can always wash it once they get it :) I will not lower days & as always..free shipping.
