The listing, Sterling Silver Flowers on Footed Crystal Bowl has ended.

6-3/8" x 2.5" high
Top edge is silvered and inside of bowl has applied silver flowers.
I don't know the name of the process but I polished it up from grey to the silver you see. Appears white from the outside.
