Imitation Diamond anniversary band, size-7? I have one of those measuring sticks but I still have a hard time figuring it out!

This is one of the many, many rings I bought on eBay, hardly wore, & am now bored with! lol It is in excellent condition with ALL stones intact.

I thought it was sterling, but I don't see the 925 stamp on it. It never turned my finger green though?
