The listing, Bright Blue Neck-Tie mini Dress has ended.

Used but still in good condition. XL(15-17) Bright Blue Neck tie dress/ strapless dress. Made out of towel like material for over a bathing suit or a walk in the sun...not necessarily the right outfit for this time of year; depending where your at but is defiantly cute and comfortable :) The Main picture is one I found that is in resemblance to what I have, apologies my camera sucks.

It does not have pockets, and Its a dress, it is somewhat short, made to wear over bathing suit :) Summer wear
