They're brushed microfiber. Not cotton. Super soft but light weight. 1800.

any of the problems that are listed on Amazon reviews as a one star? I want to make sure there aren't any of the ones listed there since there are over 300 one star reviews...but there are over 2800 5 star reviews...anything you've noticed or do they seem to be alright?

No. I have them in queen size & they're really nice. Great for summer. Super soft but also really light weight. They're not thick sheets. I love them. I just don't have a full Sz bed to put these on or else I would have kept them.

also, not cotton, these are polyester, right? I'm fine with that since I tend to get overheated at night..but I want to make sure because I really need these and the color is right

Not cotton. It's brushed microfiber. That's all it says. They're very cool & don't wrinkle.
