I used this to time 2 1000W High pressure sodium lights back when I was doing indoor gardening where light cycles and days mattered greatly and so did the ability to withstand a large amount of surge at one time considering I had 2 lights on each timer. These have proven their worth and have only been used a total of like 3-4 months. I have two but I am only listing once first to see how it goes. You can use these bad boys for anything from outdoor lighting to grow operations (in states where that is legal of course).
