No, they are use. My oldest son had his collection in them and then traded just the cards for some game, lol. They are clean. I would not send junk, unless it's listed as such. If it's broke or damaged or in questionable working order I will notate as such in the description. I do people like I would want to be done. Thanks for the question and for stopping by.
