Chopstick bowl. ( chopsticks not included ) Handmade by me. Thrown and trimmed on the pottery wheel. Glazed with van guilder oribe and blue celadon.Cone6 porcelain fired in an electric kiln.
Signed and dated in the bottom.
I have been making too many bowls lately and although I love this one and have been using it for about two years, I need to make room for new ones.
It's not "perfect" because it is unique and handmade, and so there may be minor irregularities or imperfections in the glaze and the texture, but that it part of its charm. There are some signs of use but it is still lovely and very usable! There is a little chip on the bottom that has been sanded down so it's smooth.
