I want to say it's mid thigh or a little above the knee but I will measure it when I get home so I can tell you for sure :) I believe it's a little stretchy but I will check on that as well. Thank you for your interest!

The skirt is about 24 inches long. I am adding a picture with a 15 inch ruler next to it. Also, it does have a little stretch to it. Hope this helps!
