GIN is an acronym for GET IT NOW. If a seller chooses to post a GIN price on their auction, it means that anyone can put up that amount of credits and the auction is over and the buyer automatically get the item. You basically end the auction so you don't have to compete and the item is yours for that price.
If you are new to LISTIA and using the phone app, make sure you go to website first and get your address verified, because you can't do anything or win anything until that is done. Then I would tell you to go to the "help" section and go over the pre set questions and rules before going further. There are a lot of rules and you really should prepare yourself first by going over all the rules before hoping on here and bidding. Once you are educated on everything, it will be very addictive and much easier. Things will make a lot more sense to you if you take the time and get verified and read over all the rules and regs. Also, I noticed you had an auction up already. You will get way more bids if you're address is verified. People worry about getting scammed sometimes and if your address isn't verified, they are less likely to bid on your item(s). Also, start your bidding at 499. That's the most you can start an auction at without being charged extra credits. Good luck to you!!
