It is customized as it came in my enrollment kit when I became a representative in the fall season of 2013.It depicts 4 children: Maria, Alexis, Collin, and Darren and a dog named Roxy. It has never been used and has been kept in a plastic storage box but there is a minimal amount of cat hair on it.
