With a magnifying glass it says at the bottom of the blade Hammer Brand USA with a picture of a muscular flexed arm bent holding a sledgehammer just like the arm on the Arm & Hammer cleansing bottles!!!!!! as a matter of fact i'm gonna polish it now! lol!!! thank you for the Question!!!

there is actually 2 blades, one is just a little smaller. as i stated, it will need a little shining up and you'll have a great little pocket knife that is probably built better than the ones they make now. like i said, it's about 60 years old and very sturdy!!!hope you win it, you will be happy with it, i assure that!!!

Actually, it'd be a good idea NOT to clean this knife. Most collectors, like myself, prefer that it be left untouched.
I know Hammer Brand very well. They made some great knives. Not all were the greatest of quality, like any knife company, but you have one of the good ones here.
