These are silicone end stopper/ spacer beads that are used under a clip and lock bead at the end of a pandora- type bracelet or necklace to protect it from scratches, They also can be used as spacers.
These measure 6mm from side to side x 2mm thick and the hole measures approximately 2mm and will stretch to 4mm.
I have used these for years on all types of snake chain bracelets.
