This is a LARGE Rue21 Summer Strapless top, With a built-in bra! It is very cute and summery looking.. Im 5'3 and it went to the tips of my fingers, if my hand was by my side.. I only wore it once. It really isnt my style anymore but its still cute! No rips, Tears, Or Spills on it. It still has thoses clear straps on the inside. Most people rip those out ( As i do) But since i never really wore this i left them. Some people like them so they can hang it up in their closet, and it irritates some people. So if you want to take them out thats your choice. I was just making sure you knew it was still there. It has No Stains, Rips, or Tears!
