they are in excellent used condition. worn only a few times. this pair has a very generous fit with plenty of stretch. I usually always wear this size and this is one of my favorite brands, but this pair seems to run a little big. I have never had the "modern fit" style so it may just be the cut. I normally get boot cut in this brand but this pair runs larger. color is true to picture.
