FREE: Birthday Decorations

The listing, Birthday Decorations has ended.

This is partially used (well those items aren't included). I surprised my Dad with a trip out of town and decorated the hotel room with a few of the items. The first image is what is included in this set.

What you get:

Foil Happy Birthday Banner- 2.95ft
Foil Balloons Cutout- 9.25in x 6.375in
5 Serpentines (you throw it and it makes the curly ribbon)

(Flag banner and confetti are not included, I couldn't find them in the box I had this in. If I find the banner I will include it)

I take paypal for shipping. I know this is light weight but I'm on disability and shipping costs are hard for me. Thanks for understanding.
