I am pleased to offer for auction on Listia today this adorable little dog coat! This is for an extra small dog and features a businesslike gray herringbone print with a black fur collar, six buttons, and faux pockets. It is lined and fastens with Velcro straps.

So here’s the (funny) story of why a couple with no dog would buy a dog coat. My husband go a little go-pro type camera for Christmas and he wanted to attach it to our cat and see the world through her eyes. Sadly, the cat was not cooperative, and when we put this little coat on her she proceeded to drop to the floor and roll around until she managed to wiggle out of it. Therefore, the coat was worn once, for about five minutes, unwillingly. It has since been carefully, if regretfully, stored in my smoke-free but obviously cat-friendly home. Although Peppers might beg to differ. This silliness cost $9.99 from Wally World.

How much does your cat weigh roughly?

Probably only five or six pounds, but this was loose on her. I think this would fit like a Yorkie or Chihuahua. I'm going by Walmart tomorrow and will see if they have one just like it that has a tag that tells me something more.
