Brand new without tags. I purchased this from Catherines about a year ago and I have never worn it! I paid over $20 for this. Silver adjustable chain, blue pendent with matching earrings. Could be dressed up or down!

Not sure about the purity of the silver, my best guess would be .925, pretty sure its not pure silver!
