Up for grabs are 2 Biggest Loser books and are in like new condition!! One book features fitness programs, showing you how to do specific exercises (with great photos of form) as well as whole workout routines. The second book is a weight loss program including recipes!

In regards to shipping, I am often asked if I will consider free shipping...and I do offer this when I can, but on heavier items, I am not able to offer "free" shipping. However, I often cover some of the price (whether its in packaging materials or postage itself)!!

Also, I do all of my shipping on either Monday or Thursday of each week that an item is won.
