This is a beautiful butterfly box, as you can see from the picture it isin't a big box, but great to hold a ring and some earrings, or surprise someone by tucking a small treasure in it and presenting this box to them.i am not sure of what kind of metal it is made of, it has no markings, but i did take a picture to show the beautiful pattern that surrounds the outside of the box.
